The following is a list of forms and other publications for setting up your safety program.

	Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Prevention
	Foreign object debris (FOD) at airports can cause damage that costs airlines, airports, and airport tenants millions of dollars every year. FOD can injure personnel and damage airplanes. A FOD-prevention program of training, facility inspection, maintenance, and coordination between all affected parties can minimize FOD and its effects.
	The FAA Safety program Airman Notification System (SPANS)
	Our Purpose: -Provide airmen with Safety Program information and notification in the timeliest manner possible. -Provide easy access to safety seminar and event information and online registration where appropriate. -Provide an easy way for airmen to make suggestions to the Safety Program of needed information.
